DELIVERY
WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ANY ORDERS OVER £100 (excluding saddles), (UK Mainland only)
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS
If your items are required for a specific date please contact us in the shop to confirm this with your order.
Harley Equestrian reserve the right to amend the price of postage where applicable.
DAMAGED & UNDELIVERED GOODS
On receiving your parcel please check the condition and that the order is complete. If signing for a parcel please state by your signature if there is anything to dispute.
Harley Equestrian must be contacted within 48 hours for any claims.
TAX CHARGES
20% VAT is added where applicable
DELIVERY TERMS
We will aim to always have your order processed on the same day of receiving it. However due to demand and some products needing to be odered this may take longer. We will inform you of this.
For all orders placed before 2.30pm we will aim to process the same day, after 2.30pm they will be procesed the next working day.
Orders are not posted out on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Hoidays.
